CHAPTER 2 - Describe the Market Are people willing to pay for your product or service? How much? Will customers save money or spend more by using your product or service? How did you arrive at the cost of your product or service? Will you make a profit? Who are your competitors? What makes you different from them? What makes you better than them? Besides offering better prices, in what other ways can you compete with or be better than your competitors? Who are your customers? What are their demographics: age, educational level, income level, etc.? How will you reach your customers/clients? How will people or businesses who need your product or service hear about you and find you? Will you have a client base or core customers immediately? Are they really committed to using your product or service?
